Cosmc Manis from Lancer Systems introduces the new Outlaw rifle at SHOT Show 2013. This rifle builds upon their Super Comp model, featuring a tunable Nitrous compensator for muzzle climb reduction, a lighter LCR5 handguard with aggressive slotting, a lightweight bolt carrier, and a fixed carbon fiber butt stock. It also incorporates a nitrided stainless steel gas block for wear resistance. Additionally, Lancer is debuting a five-round magazine with a stop mechanism to limit follower travel.
