This video tests the ballistic resistance of a DIY Flex Seal armor block. While it shows some promise against low-power rounds like 9mm Rat Shot and .410 birdshot, it fails catastrophically against a high-velocity 9mm +P hollow point. The testing demonstrates that while Flex Seal can impede or stop very light projectiles, it is not a viable substitute for certified body armor.
