This video tests the penetration power of .410, 20-gauge, and 12-gauge shotgun slugs against concrete cinder blocks. The .410 slug created a clean hole but didn't penetrate the second wall. The 20-gauge caused more damage but also failed to penetrate the second wall. The 12-gauge slug was the most powerful, shattering the front wall and penetrating to the rear wall of the first block.
