Palmetto State Armory, alongside Gun Owners of America and other organizations, has filed a lawsuit in the District Court of Northern Texas challenging the constitutionality of the National Firearms Act (NFA). The lawsuit argues that the NFA's foundation has dissolved, particularly concerning the 'One Big Beautiful Bill Act' which eliminated manufacture and transfer taxes on many NFA-regulated firearms. PSA is supporting this effort by selling a GOA-15 stripped lower receiver, with net profits going to Gun Owners of America to fund the legal challenge.
