The T.REX ARMS TRAAP Rig, originally a chest rig, can be converted into a front-facing plate carrier. This is achieved by removing the map pocket and inserting a medium SAPPI armor plate. A prototype retention sleeve accessory is also shown to improve plate security in this hybrid configuration.
