The Obregon pistol, designed by Alejandro Obregon in the 1930s, features a unique rotating barrel locking system distinct from the 1911's tilting barrel. Its design simplifies manufacturing with a combined slide stop and safety lever and includes a magazine safety. With only around 800 produced, it's a rare collector's item.
The Trejo Model 1 is a rare Mexican .22 LR machine pistol, legally produced due to lax rimfire regulations. It features a blowback action inspired by the Colt 1911 and boasts an extremely high rate of fire (1200-1500 RPM). Production ceased by 1972 due to import bans and stricter Mexican laws.
