The Benelli Ethos is a 12-gauge, 3-inch semi-automatic shotgun featuring an inertia operating system that reliably fires 7/8 ounce loads, a significant improvement over typical semi-automatics. It incorporates Benelli's Progressive Comfort System in the buttstock, utilizing flexing plastic fingers to adapt recoil attenuation to the load fired, resulting in excellent recoil reduction without a gas system.
