Stopper 37mm: A Simple South African Riot Control Gun
The South African Stopper 37mm is a simple, break-action riot control gun designed by Andries Piek in 1980 due to international embargoes. It fires various less-lethal rounds, including sonic bird bombs, CS tear gas, and rubber baton rounds, with intentionally low recoil. The weapon features a folding stock and was produced in two grip configurations.
