This article reviews the new Glock 17 Gen 6 OR FS, announced in December 2025, after an intensive 1,000-round test. The 9x19mm pistol, fresh out of the box with no lubrication, was put through a two-day practical shooting course in Europe. It demonstrated excellent reliability, experiencing zero ammunition-induced malfunctions with 900 rounds of GECO Green Fire and zero malfunctions with 300 rounds of Hornady Critical Defense FTX ammunition.
