This video tests Spartan Armor Systems Level 3+ plates against antique firearms and a cannon. The armor successfully stopped multiple high-mass, low-velocity projectiles from rifles like the Martini-Henry and Snider, as well as a 10 gauge slug. However, a 37mm Parrott Rifle round, delivering over 46,000 ft/lbs of energy, completely shattered the plate.
