This video highlights a critical issue encountered when reaming an 8mm Lebel chamber using a modern CIP drawing from Pacific Tool & Gauge. The resulting chamber was too tight for commercially manufactured and reloaded ammunition, despite fitting previously chambered firearms. The instructor discovered discrepancies in the CIP drawing's P0 diameter at L0, finding it undersized compared to what is required for reliable ammunition fit. A revised drawing (Print #18337) was created and tested, which successfully chambers ammunition.
