The Colt Model 621, an M16A1 HBAR LMG variant, was Colt's attempt to create an export SAW akin to the RPK. It features a 20-inch heavy barrel and an adapted M60 bipod. While retaining early M16A1 features like a teardrop forward assist, it never secured major contracts and is now a rare collector's item.
