The Combat Standard Test (CST) is a rigorous fitness challenge designed by former SEAL Chadd Wright to simulate the physical demands of a half-day of SEAL land warfare training. It includes 25 front squats (135 lbs, cleaned from the ground), 100 calories on an Assault/Echo bike or 1.5-mile run, 100 strict burpee pull-ups, and a final 100-calorie bike or 1.5-mile run, all completed within a one-hour time cap while wearing a 20lb weighted vest.
