This video tests the penetration power of various calibers through reams of paper. A .500 S&W Magnum penetrated approximately 1,200-1,500 sheets, while a .50 BMG FMJ round went through 3,500 sheets and even exited the side. An APIT .50 BMG round showed similar penetration to the FMJ. The video also includes a visual comparison of .44 Magnum and .500 S&W Magnum cartridges.
