Gemtech showcased three innovative suppressors at TRIGGRCON 2017: the Aurora 2, a versatile 9mm wet suppressor with dual threading; the Mist Takedown, an integrally suppressed barrel for the Ruger 10/22 using G-Core technology; and the Integra, an integrally suppressed upper receiver developed from a military solicitation, available in 5.56 and .300 Blackout.
The Gemtech Integra 5.56 offers an integrally suppressed AR-15 upper receiver for $1,929, featuring a 10.5-inch titanium barrel and suppressor assembly that meets 16-inch legal length. Testing shows muzzle sound at 136.6 dB and shooter's ear at 138.2 dB, both considered hearing safe. Its titanium construction results in a manageable 5.04 lbs weight, making it suitable for hunting and casual shooting without hearing protection.
