This review covers the Palmetto State Armory Sabre-11 Ported, a new double-stack 1911 chambered in 9mm, showcased at SHOT Show. The firearm features all-billet construction, a 5-inch ported barrel and slide, and the AOS optic mounting system. It comes equipped with an Icarus Precision aluminum grip and Checkmate 19-round magazines. The ported version was developed in response to customer feedback, with PSA planning to establish the original Sabre-11 before releasing this variant.
