BUG Match with a 98-Year-Old 6.35mm Le Français
A 1923 Le Français pistol chambered in 6.35mm (.25 ACP) proved surprisingly reliable and accurate in a BUG match, despite its age and small sights. Its unique tip-up barrel design, essential for loading as the slide is difficult to rack, facilitated quick engagement. The pistol achieved a respectable 3rd place in the Hideout Division, demonstrating the viability of vintage pocket pistols in competition.
