Hi Power vs *Body Armor*( a old vs new) #history #ww2 #gun #bodyarmor
A WWII-era Browning Hi Power 9mm pistol was tested against modern Level 3A+ Battle Steel body armor. While the armor successfully stopped the bullet at point-blank range, significant damage to the particle board backing indicated severe blunt force trauma. This demonstrates that even if penetration is prevented, the kinetic energy transfer can still cause fatal internal injuries.
