This video documents an unofficial world record attempt for ballistic gel penetration using 7.62 x 51 DCC X2 ammunition at DSG Technology's Range 82. The specialized CAV-X round achieved an unprecedented 4 meters (13 feet) of penetration, far exceeding the 0.5 meters of standard ammunition.
