This video from Tática Civil tests whether a 9mm round can penetrate an SUV tire. The demonstration uses a Girsan Witness 2311 pistol equipped with a Gideon Judge red dot sight. The results show that 9mm rounds can indeed pierce the tire, causing it to deflate, and can also penetrate the tire to strike the vehicle's chassis.
