This video tests the ballistic resistance of a large crystal ball against various firearm calibers, from .22 LR to a .50 BMG sniper rifle. While smaller calibers cause minor damage, larger rounds like the .308 and 12 gauge slug create significant internal fracturing and shattering. The .50 BMG completely obliterates the crystal ball, but remarkably, the bullet still doesn't penetrate the mannequin behind it.
