Gun Controllers take ANOTHER "L" to start the weekend... State SCOTUS upholds TRO!
The Oregon Supreme Court has upheld a temporary restraining order against Measure 114, Oregon's stringent gun control law. This decision means the measure, which includes provisions for magazine capacity limits and a ban on certain firearms, remains blocked from implementation. The court declined to intervene, allowing the case to proceed through the trial court system to determine its constitutionality.
