New York Looks to Restrict You To 20 Rounds Every 90 Days
New York is proposing significant restrictions on firearm owners. A new bill aims to limit civilian ammunition purchases to twice their firearm's capacity every 90 days, effectively restricting semi-automatic owners to one box of 20 rounds per quarter. This legislation also proposes to amend Section 270.00 of the New York State Penal Code, preventing dealers from selling ammunition to unauthorized individuals and increasing penalties for violations to a Class E felony.
