HUGE Change For California Gun Owners! Police Announce Dramatic Shift In Gun Law ENFORCEMENT!!
California law enforcement agencies, including the California State Police and LA County, have announced a dramatic shift in the enforcement of California Penal Code 32310, which prohibits the possession of magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds. This change is a direct result of the Supreme Court's ruling in New York Rifle and Pistol Club v. Bruen and subsequent legal proceedings. While the law technically remains on the books, sworn personnel are now instructed not to investigate, detain, or arrest individuals for violations of this specific code section, unless the individual is also prohibited from possessing ammunition under Penal Code 30305. This indicates a de facto suspension of enforcement pending further judicial review.
