Huge Ruling Strikes Down Several "Sensitive Places"
William Kirk of Washington Gun Law discusses the Kipke v. Moore ruling, which struck down several 'sensitive places' restrictions in Maryland's Gun Safety Act of 2023. The ruling also distinguished the case from the recent US v. Rahimi decision.
