👀10MM Double Vision!👀
This video provides a detailed comparison of two seemingly identical 10mm Auto ammunition loads from Nosler: 'Match Grade' and 'ASP (Assured Stopping Power)'. Both are 180-grain jacketed hollow points. Chronograph data revealed nearly identical velocities (average 1051 fps for Match Grade, 1038 fps for ASP), with only a 13 fps difference. Gel testing showed comparable wound channels, disruption, and penetration (15.25 inches for Match Grade, 15.875 inches for ASP). Projectile recovery indicated significant material loss and irregular expansion for both, with the ASP losing slightly more weight. The instructor concludes they are the same ammunition in different packaging, advising consumers to purchase whichever is cheaper.
