Another Nail in the Coffin for ATF's Pistol Brace Rule
The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has issued a preliminary injunction against the ATF's pistol brace rule, marking the second time the rule has been struck down. The court found that the rule threatens irreparable harm to law-abiding citizens by potentially turning them into felons overnight and impairing their fundamental right to keep and bear arms. This injunction currently applies to members of the Firearms Policy Coalition and other plaintiffs.
