Supreme Court Issues NEW Emergency Order With SERIOUS Nationwide Implications!
The Supreme Court has declined to intervene in a legal dispute between Missouri and the federal government regarding Missouri's Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA). SAPA aims to prohibit local law enforcement from enforcing certain federal firearms regulations deemed unconstitutional by Missouri. The federal government sued, arguing SAPA violates the Supremacy Clause. Lower courts sided with the federal government, and the Supreme Court's decision not to grant a stay leaves that ruling intact, sending the case back to the 8th Circuit. Justice Thomas dissented.
