Supreme Court NEW SHOCKING MESSAGE FOR ATF
The Supreme Court has denied emergency review for the Gazola v. Hoke case, which challenged New York's ammunition background check requirements under the Concealed Carry Improvement Act (CCIA). This decision allows the CCIA's regulations to remain in effect for now. However, the Supreme Court's upcoming decision in the Rahimi case, concerning federal firearm restrictions for individuals with domestic violence restraining orders, is expected to significantly impact other Second Amendment cases, including those challenging the CCIA. The Antonacci case, which also challenges the CCIA, is currently on hold pending the Rahimi ruling, suggesting potential future re-evaluations of these laws.
