The ATF Just Pulled The Rug Out From Under Gun Control
The new ATF Director, Robert D., has initiated significant regulatory rollbacks on his first day, aiming to undo more gun regulations than the agency has produced in the last 15 years. He emphasized focusing on violent criminals and traffickers rather than law-abiding citizens, stating public safety should not be used as a crutch to infringe on Second Amendment rights. Key changes include rescinding the pistol brace rule, reinstating licenses for dealers who lost them under previous policies, clarifying straw purchase definitions, and amending mental health adjudication processes to prevent the disarming of veterans.
