The Supreme Court is on the move.
The Supreme Court's April 2020 actions indicate a potentially historic year for Second Amendment rights. While the NYSRPA v. NYC case was dismissed, the Court took on ten new cases for review, a significant increase from the usual one or two. The California Rifle and Pistol Association (CRPA) is actively supporting these cases nationwide, recognizing that Supreme Court decisions set the law of the land. The conservative majority on the court suggests these cases could lead to landmark decisions that benefit gun owners, particularly in states like California and within the Ninth Circuit.
