Another Challenge To A Carry Ban!!
The Second Amendment Foundation has filed a summary judgment motion challenging Minnesota's ban on concealed carry for individuals aged 18-20. The case, Worth v. Harrington, argues this ban violates Second and Fourteenth Amendment rights, citing historical precedent and the Supreme Court's Bruin decision. The argument emphasizes that if young adults can vote, serve in the military, and conduct business, they should not be denied the fundamental right to self-defense.
