District of Columbia To Pay MILLIONS For Violating 2nd Amendment
Washington D.C. has agreed to pay $5.1 million to settle a class-action lawsuit filed by gun owners arrested for violating unconstitutional gun control laws. The settlement, approved by U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth, includes payouts to named plaintiffs, attorneys, and over 3,000 affected individuals, addressing violations of Second Amendment rights related to carrying handguns in public.
