Huge Decision! 3-Judge Panel Reinstates Some 2A Infringements
A three-judge panel in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals has partially reinstated New Jersey's Bruin response bill, allowing the state to resume enforcing concealed carry bans in specific public areas like parks, zoos, libraries, museums, restaurants serving alcohol, and casinos. However, the injunction blocking bans on carrying on private property and in vehicles remains in place. This ruling is on a preliminary injunction, not the final merits of the case, which is still pending.
