Western-Winchester Gallery Tubeloader
This video details the Winchester Rotary Cartridge Loader, patented by Robert Klein in 1927. It was designed for use in shooting galleries to quickly load cartridges into speed loader tubes. The loader features a mechanism to hold rounds by the rim and drop them nose-first into the tube, with a trap door to catch spilled rounds. It was produced by Western Winchester, part of Olin Industries post-1944, and likely ceased production by the 1960s.
