Supreme Court Issues 8-1 Decision Denying The Second Amendment Preservation Act Protections!!!
The US Supreme Court denied a stay on Missouri's Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA), which bars state agents from enforcing federal laws deemed to violate the Second Amendment. The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals is now hearing oral arguments on the validity of SAPA, which uses the Tenth Amendment to refuse state resources for enforcing federal laws infringing on Second Amendment rights. The US government sued Missouri, arguing SAPA is unconstitutional and based on an incorrect interpretation of the Second Amendment.
