How To Shoot Accurately With A Pistol Red Dot
This video introduces the 'Wobble Drill,' a training exercise designed to help shooters, particularly those new to red dot sights, become comfortable with and effectively shoot while the pistol is in motion. The core concept is to accept and utilize the natural movement of the firearm, breaking shots when the red dot is within an acceptable zone (e.g., the black circle on a target), rather than striving for a perfectly stationary sight picture. The drill progresses from dry fire to live fire, incorporating clockwise, counter-clockwise, and figure-eight movements, and is demonstrated at increasing distances to highlight the impact of distance on perceived movement.
